Template notice

This is placeholder text shipped with the Kestral template. Replace it with your own policy before publishing — it is not legal advice.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, work email, company), usage data our product generates when you run agents (run counts, latency, error rates), and technical data from your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited). We do not read the contents of your prompts or tool outputs unless you open a support ticket and ask us to.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, bill you correctly, keep the platform secure, and send product updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer content to train models.

Who we share it with

Infrastructure providers that host the service, a payment processor for billing, and analytics tools that help us understand product usage. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We share data with authorities only when legally required.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Traces and run logs follow the retention period of your plan (7 days, 30 days or 1 year) and are then permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from account settings or by emailing privacy@yourcompany.com. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a first-party analytics cookie to measure product usage. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
