The service
Kestral provides infrastructure for building, deploying and monitoring AI agents. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at security@yourcompany.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to access other customers’ data. Do not resell the service without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Usage beyond your plan is billed at the rates on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content
You own the prompts, tools, data and outputs you run through Kestral. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service. We do not use your content to train models.
Availability and support
We aim for 99.99% monthly uptime and publish status at status.yourcompany.com. Support response times depend on your plan. The service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Either party may end the agreement at any time; on termination we delete your data according to the privacy policy.
