Kestral is a small team of infrastructure engineers who got tired of rebuilding the same tracing, routing and guardrail layer at every company. So we built it once, properly.

We think the fix is the same one backend engineering found a decade ago: traces, gates and a control plane you can actually read. Kestral is that layer, built for agents from the first commit.
